The Ampersand Wedding Process
Step One:
First Contact
Fill Out our Inquiry Form and our Owner/Designer will respond within 72 hours*
*Ampersand has a $350 minimum on all delivered wedding orders. Kitchen cakes are included in this minimum, delivery and setup fees are NOT included in the minimum. Please budget accordingly. Smaller cakes and orders under $350 can also be picked up at no charge.
Step Two:
Tasting Our Desserts
It wouldn't be a wedding without a tasting! We offer 2 convenient to-go options to taste our goodies, free of charge! Note: we do not offer sit-down consultations before booking but are available to answer any questions via email at any time.
- A $12 credit towards anything in our case during retail hours- including any dessert item, cupcake or cookie with approved available date/location/guest count.
-A 4 count of cupcakes off our weekly menu during retail hours, with approved available date/location/guest count.
Once you are booked, we have an ongoing Tasting Program to treat yourself every month!
Step Three:
Book Your Date
A signed contract and $50 retainer will book your spot and lock in your prices- we do this digitally.
Step Four:
The Design Consultation
Design consults can take place in person/Zoom or via email, depending on your needs. We try to complete this by 3 months before the big day, but it can be done up until 30 days prior.
Step Five:
1 Month to Go!
Your final invoice and equipment deposit are due at this time. Prompt payment ensures no delays in supplies for your work(s) of art.
Step Six:
The Big Day
Your delicious masterpiece(s) will be set up and displayed with ultimate care per your instructions. Congratulations!

CUPCAKES
$3.25/cupcake, filled and garnished*
Delivery and setup: $50 within 30 miles, $75 31-55 miles- cupcakes do not require setup and delivery- have someone pick them up on sturdy boxes to waive the delivery and setup fees!
1. Setup Fees apply for more complex setups (one at each place setting or table centerpiece scenarios)
2. Includes Ampersand Signature Garnishes OR basic colored icing swirls, colored pearls or sprinkles, white cupcake liners. Does not include gumpaste or buttercream floral, intricate designs- quotes by the project.
4. Rental items are available to display, deposit required.
